Will Bridgeland get annexed from Cypress one day?

Feeling a little lost as a SE. I find my job is mostly circling around enabling customer on the company I work for rather than actual projects. Been at the parnter for a few years and we are in startup mode. Kind of lost the love for role a little but when the right project comes along and gets me engaged it definitely reignites the love.

How can I keep the love for this if we keep getting turned away by customers. Normally they bring our work we do to another partner.
