I don't have much experience crafting other than essence spamming fractured bases, I'm trying to craft an int stacking wand for kinetic blast.

Getting to this point was about 6 divs so I'm fine restarting from scratch, but is there a way to remove cold damage? The goal is to prefix lock for veil chaos, get a prefix and multi-mod to finish.
