Recently, a Middle man agency named propvisor advertised on Instagram saying passive money opportunity in real estate. When i reached they told the opportunity as, ‘ they will take loan on my name to easy up interest for the builder. With 18 months on agreement builder will keep paying up EMIs. After 18 months they’ll transfer the property from my name to buyer of builder again. For this they agreed to payup upfront 5% in cash for the loan amount.
