I’m planning to attend ETHGlobal Lisbon (July 24–26) and looking for 1–2 serious teammates, preferably from India (not mandatory), who are:

• Builders first, not just event attendees
• Comfortable with AI / full-stack / smart contracts / backend / design / product
• Interested in building something polished rather than rushing random sponsor tracks
• Open to networking and meeting people before/during the event

Bonus: I’m also considering traveling around Europe for a few days after the event (Spain / nearby places / tech scenes etc.), so if someone has similar plans, could be fun and easier from a logistics + budget perspective.

Not fixed on ideas yet. Interested in areas like:

• Agentic commerce
• AI x crypto
• Security tooling
• RWA / DeFi
• Cross-chain infrastructure
• Payments

I’m currently researching the diesel generator market in the Southeast Asia—especially for industrial and backup power use.

Wanted to understand from people on the ground:

• Which brands are most trusted locally? (Cummins, Perkins, MTU, others?)
• Do buyers prefer buying directly or through local distributors?
• What are the biggest issues customers face (pricing, spare parts, service)?

I’m working with an OEM that assembles DG sets for export and trying to understand how the local distribution ecosystem works.

Would really appreciate any insights or experiences.
