I emailed Bob requesting the closure of my credit cards on 28.12.2025. Since one of my inactive email IDs was linked to the account, I did not check my emails regularly. Later, when I checked my CIBIL report, the cards were reflected as closed. However, today when I checked my email, I found monthly credit card statements from January to May.
