Edit we’re now 42 comments in and there is still yet to be a single argument on how the government has done a good job when it comes to quality of life or cost of living so thank you all but I believe my question has been answered, there is no good argument
How can anyone argue that the liberal government in Canada has done a good job when it comes to the economy? Basically everything we need to live has outpaced wages and crime is way up, homelessness is way up and food bank usage is way up
Since 2015
Average home price: +45% to +50%
Average rent: +80% to +110%
Grocery prices: +45% to +50%
Fuel (gasoline): +35% to +50%
Median income (full-time): +25% to +35%
Violent crime rate: +30% to +35%
+30% to +60% increase in homelessness prevalence
Food bank usage ~0.9M → ~5–6M visits/year equivalent

Edit this post is not about Mark Carney it’s about since the liberals took power and if a good fact based argument exists on them doing a good
