failing a-level maths
last year , in gcses i was getting a 100% in almost all of my tests, was predicted a 9 for gcse and ended up with an 8. Now at a-levels (in y12) i am
failing every single maths test and exam i do. I take maths and further maths. I practice for hours at home and i do loads of exam questions and watch videos to help build up my knowledge and understanding of the topics. At home, i feel fairly confident doing maths. I also have a tutor who helps. I get exam questions correct some of the time but when it comes to the exam i will only know how to do maybe 40% of the questions or I will make silly mistakes and fail. My teacher has already communicated to me that i should drop further maths but i don’t want to give up. Am i thinking realistically ? Can someone pls help me? Maths is my favourite subject and i’m really sad about this 😢 i also wanted to apply for maths at uni but i don’t think this will be possible now because i’ve definitely failed my mocks (again). i’m not failing any of my other subjects by the way, i’m predicted A for geography and A* for psychology. (weird subject combo ik)
