I cleared my h pylori after the second attempt back in August of 2025, but the past couple months I’ve been having weekly diarrhea and just weird BMs. Sometimes yellow, mostly orange, floating, straight liquid - it’s never “normal”. It’s actually worse than when I had h pylori which makes no sense?! I eat healthy and exercise, but my guts are still angry as hell. 😭 I had a sigmoid colonoscopy a few months ago and everything looked fine. Anyone else? Could it maybe be SIBO after all the antibiotics even though that was almost 9 months ago? I’m so frustrated!
