I landed the role of SF administrator (read sarcastically) because my employer needed a free CRM. I have Salesforce user experience but my admin experience is low.

We’ve been adding new donations but don’t have our historical data in the system as well as data from giving campaigns.

I have a HUGE headache and have been fighting with the data loader and data wizard, and have watched several YouTube videos. I have organized my data and mapped it but it keeps failing.

I currently am just trying one campaign with about 450 donations. I added the GAU and campaign name. All records keep failing.

What could I be doing wrong?
