Bad barbers ( in rural or small towns )

Why do barbers sit you down, stare at you in the mirror, and ask, “So, what are we doing today?” You carefully explain exactly what you want, and they nod along like they’ve fully understood the assignment… only for you to realise five minutes in that he’s completely ignored every word and is just free styling.

I genuinely looked like a small bush by the end of it random chunks snipped out here and there, no structure, no thought, just “ah sure, that’ll do.” Like some deranged artist creating his own misunderstood niche masterpiece… except the canvas is my head.

He gets to go home proud of his “vision,” while I’m left walking around as his little moving abstract art installation.

Something has to be done. Maybe a national protest. Block off all haircutting equipment from entering the country until proper licences are introduced and these people are held accountable.

Justice for bad haircuts.
