Paid for 1-day express StarTrack shipping for medical cannabis. Tracking showed "onboard for delivery" at 12:12pm on day 1. Status said "it's coming today."
It didn't come that day. Or the next. Showed up day 3 with zero tracking updates in between. No "attempted delivery," no "delayed," no explanation at all.

Called StarTrack twice. First time they said it's coming today. Second time they couldn't even tell me where the driver was or where my parcel actually was.
Literally zero visibility on their own couriers.
Been out of meds for 2 days because their "express" service is a joke. Never had a StarTrack delivery be this late with terrible service.

Is this normal now? AusPost/StarTrack just ghosting people for days with medical parcels?
