KPEP house on Olmstead rd.

Looks empty and there’s a construction dumpster out front of it. Does anyone know what is going on there? KPEP used to own the big facility in front but it’s now Center Pointe rehab I think.

I just got this 2011 with 79,000 Mi on it and it works great, except the front speakers don't work except intermittently. Also the radio display seems to go half in half out sometimes. Oddly enough this was an issue with my old blue truck right next to it. If I tap the radio it seems to help. Is this worth chasing down or should I just get an aftermarket radio?
