Has anyone experienced dyspeptic symptoms because of H. pylori?
Can H. pylori cause indigestion, delayed stomach emptying (food staying in the stomach longer than normal), bloating, weakness, and fatigue?
Hello, I have gastritis, duodenitis, and a Helicobacter pylori infection. Unlike most people, I don’t really experience symptoms like burning or stomach pain. Instead, I suffer from severe indigestion, inability to gain weight, undigested food in my stool, a feeling of fullness after meals, very slow stomach emptying, and extreme fatigue and weakness. My body feels very weak. I used to be athletic, energetic, and active because I was into sports, but after this illness, I lost 24 kilograms over the past 3 years. I have already gone through two antibiotic treatments, but they didn’t work. My doctor is planning to try a third treatment with amoxicillin and levofloxacin. Is there anyone who experienced symptoms similar to mine and managed to recover? I have lost hope, I no longer enjoy life, and I feel extremely weak and like I want to die.
