Hi guys, so the gist of this post is that my manager is an absolute asshole that has no boundaries. Imagine one of those kids who would bully others to try to fit into the “cool kids group.” On top of that he’s a creep. He’s been making inappropriate comments regarding sensitive information surrounding my family, my relationship, my education (I’m a student), and weird comments about my looks/body. I’ve been keeping documentation and my coworkers have told me that if I ever choose to go to HR they will cooperate. Is it worth it to go to HR or to speak with the district manager (their boss)? Will the company even take this seriously? Is my manager going to treat me differently? Is it worth it?
