Hi everyone,

I’m a 46-year-old mom going back to school, and I could really use some advice and encouragement. I completed my prerequisites about three years ago, but honestly… I don’t remember much of the material. Now I’m preparing for the TEAS exam, and I’m feeling pretty overwhelmed and anxious about it.

It’s been a long time since I’ve studied, and I’m finding it hard to know where to start or how to organize everything. I also keep second-guessing myself, which isn’t helping.

how did you approach TEAS prep? What helped you relearn the material without feeling completely lost? Any study resources, schedules, or tips for managing anxiety would mean a lot.

Thank you so much in advance. I really want this, I’m just feeling a little scared getting there.
