I’m trying to better understand how stock refreshers work at Anduril.

A few questions I’ve always been confused about:

1. Do we get refreshers every year, or only during promotions/performance reviews?

2. If your initial RSU grant vests over 4 years, do you usually get another grant before those 4 years are up?

3. How big are refreshers compared to the original grant?

4. Are refreshers mostly based on performance, level, retention risk, or company policy?

5. is it common for people to have overlapping grants constantly vesting?
