Hi! I’m 20 and was almost sure I didn’t want kids, but I was scared of recovering from a tubal ligation and wanted to keep my options open in case I changed my mind. My hormonal IUD worked for about a year, then I found out I was pregnant 3 months in (it was removed the day after). It’s getting closer to my due date, and I’m just so upset all the time. I feel like it’s my fault for trusting it and not just getting my tubes tied. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Or do you have any advice for coping with this? I just can’t see a way I can possibly be happy anymore, and the baby’s not even here yet.
