I used to have really beautiful, full breasts before I was pregnant, but they’ve changed a lot since I started breastfeeding. My daughter is 4 months old now, and my breasts feel much less full and very saggy.
I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do about it besides surgery? I’d like to have another child in a couple of years, so I’m not considering anything permanent just yet.
Are there specific bras that can help lift and support the breasts better? Or anything else that might help improve their appearance in the meantime?
