Racquet change recommendation for 3.0-3.5 Basliner
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice on a new racquet. I’d appreciate any input from the community!
Current setup: I’m currently using the HEAD Graphene 360+ Speed MP (100sq, 300g). While it feels great during normal rallies, I find myself struggling to complete my full swing preparation when I start getting tired. It also feels a bit too demanding for my serves over long sessions.
Experience with other racquets: I’ve briefly demoed the Wilson Blade V8 (not sure if it was the 98 or 100 version). I found it much easier to maneuver with a lighter-feeling swing weight. What impressed me most was the stability—it didn't twist much even on off-center hits.
What I’m looking for:
- Player Level: NTRP 3.0 - 3.5.
- Playstyle: Consistent baseliner.
- Requirements: A racquet with a lower static weight and/or swing weight that is easier to swing than the Speed MP, but can still handle fast incoming balls without sacrificing too much stability.
Do you have any suggestions for a racquet that is "easy to swing" but remains "solid" against heavy hitters?
Thanks in advance for your help!😁
