Rock warrior floating center-caps

I just did a thing! Gonna make a black and red set also 😮‍💨

Anyone else have the Rock Warrior center caps fade like crazy? Mine got so bad you literally couldn’t even see the TRD logo anymore completely washed out from the sun.

Instead of buying new ones, I decided to mess around and model my own in Fusion 360 and 3D print replacements. Took a few tries to get the fit and clip dimensions right, but they came out solid. Way better visibility now, and I can swap colors whenever I want.

Hey everyone,

I’m looking at picking up a set of 84mm TRD center caps but wanted to check fitment before I pull the trigger.

I know the outer diameter is 84mm (OEM spec), but I’m having trouble finding actual clip dimensions—like clip length, depth, spacing, etc. From what I’ve read, the snap tabs are what really determine fit, not just the diameter.

I’ve seen a few people say 84mm caps didn’t fit their wheels and they actually needed something closer to ~75mm, especially on aftermarket or replica wheels

So I’m trying to avoid ordering the wrong set.

What I’m looking for:

Clip length (from base to tip)

Clip spread / diameter when compressed

Number of clips

Any measurements of the inner bore they fit into

If anyone has a set and can measure, or knows the specs, I’d really appreciate it 🙏
