Actually I will mention the company name in case anyone else has been reached out to by them. The app name is Plateable. Don’t work with them unless you want to get ghosted.

I made a video for them over a month and a half ago and sent it to them. They responded and then told me to make a completely different style of video and prompt which was not included in the brief or the contract at all. I said I will only be willing to make that if you pay me extra for that extra video and she said no it’s OK. You can just revise your first draft.

So I did and it has now been multiple weeks without payment. I reached out to the founder – no response. very annoyed with this company. Any course of action?
