I have a rental dispute case in Dubai under the Dubai Rental Disputes Center, and the decision was against me. I was ordered to pay the amount owed and vacate the property.
I’m trying to prepare my next step before it moves to execution/enforcement. I can pay around 20–40% upfront and would like to know if there’s any way to request an installment plan for the remaining balance, or if this is something that needs to be negotiated directly with the landlord.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
Does RDC allow installment requests at this stage?
Or is it fully dependent on landlord agreement?
Also, if anyone can recommend a Filipino lawyer in Dubai with experience in rental disputes, I’d really appreciate it.
If you have an idea of consultation fees or typical costs, that would help a lot.
