I’ve been working on the chair method and gentle sleep training for a week. The last five nights have improved where she will fall asleep in her crib at the beginning of the night. I put her down drowsy and she’ll settle eventually. It started with me needing to have my hand on her to eventually I can leave the room after she’s talking to herself for a few
Minutes while I’m hidden.

She also has gone back to longer stretches and will give anywhere from 5-8 hours. My issue is getting her back to sleep when she’s waking anywhere from 1-4 am. I feed her and try to do the same routine but she will not fall asleep in her crib and it becomes an hour battle. I read that this part of the night matures next. Did anyone else experience this?
