this is Bee, she has been doing well since I picked her up from someone who could not care for her anymore and she was in rough shape. she just got back from another vet appointment for her 2nd antibiotic shot for mouth rot. she last ate less than 2 mL of this critical care stuff last night, she hasn't been interested in roaches or crickets. she's generally improved a lot.
I was giving her a soak after she got back from the vet because she has a lot of stuck toe shed, and she wasn't happy with me when I was trying to roll some off. she projectile vomited mucus all over my hand and in the container, with a center of what looks like the critical care though it's slightly more pink. she has probably eaten a good bit of blood since most of the mouth rot gunk/scab came off last night when I was feeding her the critical care. I'm not super concerned, just intrigued! it almost felt like a defense mechanism 😅 has anyone experienced this before?
