Got this scope used to put on my Tikka t3x .350 legend. It came with a set of rings already and I have a 2 part question.

1. Does anyone know what type/brand these rings are?
2. Does anyone have recs for good scope rings for the Tikka? Not sure if I should get a pic rail first or just the rings.
