Should I complain about this?
So I work in a fairly large company. I get a period leave/month, which I usually take cause my periods are usually pretty bad. Now my manager claims I’ve taken 25+ in the last 6/7 months which is not possible according to the system itself 💀😂 he set up a meeting with me and escalated it regarding period leaves etc, then he told me to inform him in advance about my period leave as I would know prior when it would be starting.
Next day, we had a team dinner and I was not in the mood due to all this ongoing conflict. I said I won’t be coming and he forced me because he is a scared loser. He booked the cab for me to be there.
I am sick and tired of him. I need some support to be able to complain because I don’t think I can be like this any longer.
