Hello!! I am a teenage fencer who’s been doing my sport for around five years. Recently I’ve been looking to get into strength training and doing a bit of cardio at a gym, both to diversify my physical activities a bit and because I’ve been noticing the typical lopsided fencer build show up on me lol.

My issue is I already do six hours of fencing a week spread out over Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and I am not sure where I should fit gym sessions to get my body to have enough time to recover. Any tips ? Advices in general for a complete gym beginner are also appreciated
