My partner and I are looking for an apartment for him to rent near sa work niya. Suggestion ko for him was an apartment yung solo lang niya, pero he insists na condo sharing or bedspace. Is it wrong for me na gustuhin na solo niya yung room rather than with strangers?

No issue naman sa money. Not just comfortable with him staying with strangers.

Is that unreasonable po ba?
