[Bug] Can't Activate the ''They Are Already Here''
I checked all the marked rooms and non-marked room spawns (woods,shoreline) for the note. It is not spawning. But the weird thing is that: The note was spawning before I wanted to do the quest. I remember taking the note several times. From what I know, it spawns every raid on every location if you have the quest activated. Couldn't find any information about my problem on the internet. Am I missing something?
