Earlier today, I replaced the tires on my Maxshot v7 electric scooter, and after getting the rear one back on, the rear brakes would not apply no matter how I fiddled with them (brake pads do not activate when brakes are pulled) though I believe all the pieces are here. I have attached pictures of what they look like right now, In hope that someone could diagnose the issue so that I could repair it myself before taking it to a bike shop as a last ditch effort. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Edit: after a test drive, the e brakes do not activate either, so suspect it is something more than a mechanical gremlin
