So the line from the throttle body goes to the canister, but it looks like it’s a hard line out of the canister and it’s broken off, how can this be fixed?

1988 Chevy r30 454 with TBI
I’m redoing some vacuum lines because I’m having trouble with high idle and most of them are dry rotted, the line that comes out of the bottom of the throttle body (the one with the 90) is unhooked and broken off, I’m wondering what or where it hooks up at
