hey :) can someone help? after a certain length my index and middle finger nails on the right hand start to grow crooked. It hasn't always been like this but I have noticed it getting worse for about the last 3 years. Now the same thing is starting to happen on the left hand as well and I am wondering if there is something i can do to prevent it. I havent been wearing nail polish for the last 3 years (i have put on sum today for the first time again) but back when i used to wear it all the time they grew straight.

Maybe I should start wearing nail polish or maybe acrylic gel or such to stabelize the nail?
