Hi there! Debating switching roles for more work life balance. Currently averaging 55-60 work weeks (not including the weekend hours which is probably around 2-3)

Which would you take as a toddler mom?

Job A (current job): hybrid (3 days in office, 20 min commute, no work life balance, 165k base + 90k bonus, 37k put into 401k but always running around doing whatever it takes to help exec sign deals even if that means thanksgiving or Christmas

Job B: in person 5 days a week, 30 min commute, 180k base + paid OT (they says expect 20k a year in OT), 40% bonus (so ~70k), no 401k contributions but work life balance
