Hey Springfield, how about being prepared with detour routes and signage before you shut down access to National Ave. You know the important road considered the medical mile so that on-call hospital employees don't delay patient care having to double back several times just to find a route to the hospital.

I couldn't cross on national.

Had to u-turn back to st.louis.

Went west on st.louis to Kimbrough which is also blocked having to turn around back to st.louis.

Went east on st.louis hoping to get on to glenstone but the city had it blocked off where you couldn't access the east side of glenstone.

Had to go back to national to head east on Chestnut just to get to glenstone.

Not one single sign for detour routes.
