Been offered a new role but it requires travelling 3 days a week into the office to Belfast. The commute is over an hour to Belfast (car). If I used public transport it would add another hour taking into consideration walking to the bus station etc. The salary and benefits are good but I’m wondering if it’s sustainable in the long term.

At the minute I’ve been fully remote for a few years.

I’m wondering does anybody else have a similar commute and how has it impacted you?
