Hi all, received my TS5+ today. This is meant to replace my TS4 Element Hub. I am using a M3 Pro Macbook.

I am facing issues that I did not encounter while using the element hub. Been troubleshooting for a while now. Installing the optional drivers doesn't seem to help

All my devices are working fine when using the TS4 element hub:

1. I have a Samsung CRG9 Monitor, connected via USB C to DP. I am able to achieve the proper resolution (5120 x 1440) at 120hz
2. USB C to 5Gbe adapter. Able to utilise the full bandwidth just fine

When I migrated my devices to the new TS5+ dock

1. Resolution stuck at 3840 x 1080 @ 120hz. No options to select a higher resolution. Tried different thunderbolt 4 and 5 cables. Same result. However the built in Display port worked though and able to provide the full resolution. But I still need to troubleshoot why my USB C to DP didn't.
2. I am only able to achieve 1GbE through the built in 10GbE port. Tried reusing my 5GbE adapter (plugged directly into the dock). Same outcome. Both the built in port and 5GbE adapter negotiated the proper speeds respectively with my network.

Any help appreciated!

Update:

Apologies on the network part. Just noticed that my ethernet cable is faulty. Have replaced it and is achieving the advertised speeds now. For the display issue, I'll just get a proper display port utilise that DP port instead and save the trouble.
