This is a very broad question and I know it probably isn't the best way to ask but I am looking for this study paper someone once shared....

I remember reading it once last year but it could well be a really old post and ive looked everywhere I just cannot find it. it was about chronic TE and a great paper with recommendations such as which supplements are must -I remember it mentioned l lysine- and thats it.

If anyone can help I would be SO GREATFUL. truly. Thank you so much!
