Does the O11 mini V2 support a custom graphics card holder (anti-sag bracket) when mounting vertically?

I don't know if this is important but the Anti sag bracket is the ASUS ROG Herculx

Basically the title, any pros or cons of either vertical or horizontal and which do u think looks better?
