The title lmao, i have enough pulls to in theory get one or the other and save a little to potentially get lohen later

im only recently entering 20’s and is ignorant of the process of renting an apartment. I would ask my family if I don’t already kniw they will label me as stupid and “don’t know how the world works” by my own parents and sister if I ever try to bring it up. So I’m on my own for this.

So id like to know what & how many questions I should ask when I want to move into and rent the room.

I know I should ask about the rent price per month, but thats literally it.

Also I live in vietnam, not the USA. So I may be at the wrong subreddit, if I am- then I’m sorry
