Anyone here invested with Tsavo apartments?

I’m looking at a 2.1M unit with the 5-year payment plan (~35k/month). I’d like to hear from actual investors:

Are you getting rental income while still paying the installment, or only after full payment?

Is the 35k/month model realistic in the long run (any hidden costs)?

How is tenant demand and actual rent collected vs what they project?

Would appreciate honest experiences — pros and cons.
