CCS cases

In CCS cases, let’s say the patient got better in hospital. So, do I need to send him home and follow up or let the case finish in hospital?

CCS cases

Is it necessary to spend full time on ccs cases? Because one of my friends said he completed his day 2 exam very early.

Exam is very near. Studying alone.
I’m not sure if my preparation works.
There is no one to speak, no one who encourages me.
Just depressed. Sometimes crying, sometimes smiling.
I’m the one who can’t sleep the night before exam.

I’m really depressed now and don’t know what to do.
I forgot what I learned from UWorld.
Today I took uwsa 1 and the score really shocked me.
Please give me some advice.

Can I give IV medications in the office?
And patient got better. So, I sent him home.
Follow up after a week. Does this way work?

I would like to know about timing of the exam. The new version of exam gives less time than the old version?
Because I heard many people who gave step 3 were struggling with timing.

And also one more thing.
Is there any tutorial before CCS cases?

Exam in 3 weeks.
Thanks

I’m confused about CCS cases…..
Let’s say the patient is in ED. But he needs surgery. So, should we do blood type and rh, coagulation status, npo before consulting surgery or after consulting surgery?
And then should we change the medications to oral route at the end of the case?
