This client has been coming to me for a couple of years. He's always been thin, too thin, in my opinion, but the owner said she's taken him to the vet, and there is nothing wrong. But when I groomed him this last weekend, he was so much worse. I had to stretch his skin to get in between his rib bones, his hip bones jut out, and make it hard to get a smooth cut. How would you handle something like this?
