I'm a Canadian lawyer looking to qualify in Scotland. I wrote all 11 exams last November, and passed 8 of them. I'm re-writing the Conveyancing, Trusts & Successions, and Public Law exams in two weeks, but I'm really struggling with fears that I will miss a leading case or principle in any of these, which was the case for Conveyancing when I wrote it the first time.

I'm wondering if anyone has anything on the leading cases in various areas of law, even a link to something from a court listing the cases that are so common you don't have to include them when you file briefs, or something.

Any last-minute tips on writing these exams are useful, too!
