Constantinople with 668K pop at start date? (with pics!)

R5: Follos up to my previous post, now with pics. I did have mods installed, mostly UI related, which I have now turned off. Constantinople still has 668K inhabitants at the start date. Even with all mods disabled and the game state refreshed, it's still at 668k pop. It looks like the population, generally, is too high in the surrounding area as well.

Edit: there was a text document that added 500k Sunni greeks, deleting it fixed it!

This is the pre-scourge, pre-purge Viltrumite Empire. Lead by whichever leader you feel gives the empire its best chance at victory. Let's say there is about 8 billion Viltrumites.

Which empire, civilization, verse gives the empire the hardest fight that can go either way. As in, which opponent is the closest to equal to the viltrumie empire and the results are a toss up. So not a curbstomp by the Viltrumies. Also no verse where everyone is essentially useless, except for that one character (Dr Manhatten for example).
