The Virgin and Child with Saint Anne, Da Vinci, Oil on wood, 1519
Found this painting by Da Vinci on Mothers Day and something about it seems unsettling like the placement of lower portion of body for 2 ladies there, kind of difficult to figure it out. Also the symmetry of gaze.. lamb looking towards kid, kid and mother towards each other and grandmother towards them is truly incredible.
