I have a Sony a7iii with a shutter count of 171,156. I use it just about every day for work, primarily working in event photography. I know I'm going to need to address the shutter in the near-ish future. I'm most likely going to purchase another body as this one gets higher in the shutter count.

I want to purchase a new body before the current shutter give out, however, I don't want one too early or prematurely. Any recommendations as to when I should get an additional body?

Also, any recommendations on which camera body to buy? I'm very comfortable with my a7iii, so I'm probably leaning towards the a7iv or a7v. I've also been dabbling a bit more in video if that provides context.
