Guys I kind of miss botox, facials, massages, all of the above. I know some things are safe to do, but can anyone tell me what they’ve been cleared to do and what they found refreshing and pampering while pregnant?
I’m 19 weeks for context. I have a prenatal massage booked for our baby moon, but I’m wondering if I could add on a seaweed wrap or mud bath? Hydrafacial? In the first trimester I did an at-home foot peeler mask and almost had a heart attack because I only read AFTER that it may be unsafe for baby. My feet are CRUSTY and DUSTY and an $80 pedicure isn’t something I want to pay for all the time.
OR alternatively, are even prenatal massages and “safe” treatments still unsafe? What have yall been told?
