currentky in the worst shape ive been in for some time. intermediate lifter with years of inconsistency. what do you think of the program im running below whilst cutting? focus is on moving into the strong intermediate strong category and of course lowering bodyfat

high bodyfat with muscle underneath
legs and shoulders are ny weak points strengthwise. using a 6-8 rep range progressive overload approach. the machines are hammer strength loaded or pins. lower has less volume as its a weak point so trying to get strong on that whilst minimising fatigue, except the rdl thats decently strong. overhead extemsion on lower day as they fatigue on the uper day
