Health insurance

Any small business owners create a FSA or HSA to save on taxes? I was wondering how you created it. I only employ myself so trying to figure out how to navigate to create a HSA.

6.5 weeks

I’ve written so many times on this forum looking for advice to improve milk supply. I’m 6.5 weeks ppd. Still triple feeding and I get nothing more than 1 oz after I breast feed. I get 1 oz/breast if I’m just pumping and not breast feeding. Maybe I get 1.5 oz on a good day I really feel like this is the end for me. I don’t think I’ll get more milk.

I latch all the time. I’m working with a LC to help improve baby’s latch. I’m taking the supplements.
Being Mother’s Day today and it somehow is hitting me harder. I can’t provide enough for my baby. Second time around and it’s even worse today. My prolactin is 330. So d0m probably won’t help.
Only off thing is my a1c is 6.1%, which is the highest it’s ever been. I’m not sure if that’ll affect my supply.

I’m seeing all the specialist, including a doctor that’s a breast lactation specialist.

Help! I slept through one of my MOTN pumps. I completely didn’t hear my alarm. It was 5 hours instead of 3 hours when I woke up.
I’m 5 weeks postpartum.
What can I do to not hurt my supply, which is already low?

I plan on power pumping next session. I also plan on pumping at 2 hours for my next session.

Should I power pump later in the day instead?

4.5 weeks postpartum and when I’m ONLY pumping I’m only getting 2 oz total. It usually 2.5-3 hours after baby’s last feed.

History -

Triple feeding since day 3 of life (still doing it)

Posterior tongue tie released last Thursday

Still only getting 2 oz total if baby isn’t breast fed and I’m pumping

Still triple feeding right now and today baby finally seems like I’m more emptied, since I only pumped out .5 oz +/- .10 oz or so with both breasts.

First child - I had about 20-22 oz per day. He ate about 26 oz to 30 oz per day.

Now, I just want to be a just enougher. She is on the breast every 3 hours. Except yesterday she was extra fussy, feeding every 2 - 2.5 hours. I assume yesterday’s fussiness might be due to her “leap”.

I guess 8 times a day, pump after I nurse 7-8 times a day, power pumping once a day past 4 days (usually at 9:00 pm).

I see no increase

I eat plenty

I drink so much water

I take moringa and goats rue.

I don’t know what else to do. I use the spectra pump and pump 20 minutes. I try to get 2 letdowns but my letdowns aren’t spraying milk. It’s like a consistent drip drop.

Any help is helpful. Thank you all.
