How standard is it in the world of Dermatology for employers to offer tail coverage? I’ve received a preliminary offer which is very promising, but when I asked about tail coverage, they said they do offer it depending on how you leave the practice, and I’m waiting to hear back regarding what those conditions are. For those of you that were offered conditional tail coverage, what were the conditions? Anyone have to get their own policy and if so, what was that process like and how much did it cost?
